1. DEPOSIT
At time of booking your pets surgery, we require a $75 deposit . Re-scheduling of surgery is permissible for the pet with 48 hours notice. The deposit is forfeited in the event of not showing up for the surgery. This deposit is non-transferable to other pets.
2. BALANCE
Once your pet is out of surgery, an invoice will be e-mailed to you. Please send an e-transfer when you receive this invoice. Payment must be completed prior to picking up your pet.
