1. DEPOSIT
At time of booking your pets surgery, we require a $75 deposit . Re-scheduling of surgery is permissible for the pet with 48 business hours notice prior to surgery. The deposit is forfeited in the event of not showing up for the surgery.
2. BALANCE
Once your pet is out of surgery, an invoice will be e-mailed to you. Please send an e-transfer when you receive this invoice. Payment must be completed prior to picking up your pet.
